What does this cost?

What we can tell you upfront: this is a premium engagement, not a freelancer rate or a ₹20K/month content package. If your business is generating revenue and you're ready to invest in a system that turns content into a real growth channel — we should talk.

How is this different from a regular content agency?

Most content teams produce reels, carousels, and captions, then report views and engagement. What they don't do: build your positioning, engineer distribution across platforms and partnerships, track the revenue metrics that actually matter to your business, or take responsibility for whether the content moved the needle on bookings, enquiries, or sales. We do all of that. Content production is one layer of the system — not the whole thing.

I already have a content team. How does this work?

That's exactly what Done With You is built for. We don't replace your team — we direct them. We build the strategy, positioning, locked formats, hook structures, and editing guides. Your team executes against that framework. We run weekly calls with a strategist, creative director, designer, and brand director to review performance and adjust. Think of it as adding a strategic layer on top of execution you already have.

How fast can I see results?

This depends heavily on the scale you execute at — it's partly a volume game. If we're producing 20 videos a month, the pace is slower, because those 20 have to be split across different objectives. At 40 videos, we hit more of those objectives, faster.

In Done With You, most of our clients have had at least 4–5 reels go viral in the very first month — and from there, we double down on what's working. For others, where the right format and audience fit took longer to lock in, meaningful results came after around three months. It's genuinely subjective to your industry, your platforms, and how your audience responds — which is part of what we map out in your audit.

Do you guarantee results?

It depends on the model.

In Done With You, we give you the full strategy, positioning, formats, and direction — but your team owns the execution. Because we don't control that execution, we can't put a guarantee on the outcome. What we can tell you: every client who's executed our system to the letter has grown. If you want tighter control over the outcome, we'll help you build the team to run it — hiring the right editor, scriptwriter, and designer — or take on part of the execution ourselves.

In Done For You, we own the full engine — strategy, production, distribution, all of it. It's a significantly larger investment, because it demands the budget to drive that growth. And because we control the entire system end to end, this is where we do commit to growth and results.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than most people expect. We need 2–3 hours in the first week for the deep-dive into your business. After that, it's around 30–60 minutes per week for approvals and check-ins. For Done For You clients, some engagements require minimal ongoing shooting time after the initial setup — we'll walk you through exactly how that works on the call.

What's the minimum commitment?

We don't lock you into long-term contracts. There's an initial commitment period that gives the strategy enough runway to produce measurable results — the exact structure depends on scope and we discuss it on the call. After that, engagements run month-to-month.

What happens on the strategy call?

When you book, you'll answer a few questions about your business. We use those answers to build a sample audit of your brand before we ever get on the call — where your content is leaking attention, what's already working, what your positioning could be, and where the revenue opportunities sit.

On the call, we walk you through that audit and show you exactly what we'd do for your brand and why. It's not a generic pitch — it's our actual read on your specific situation.
